This session will help PhD candidates learn why citations matter and how to manage references in an organized and ethical way.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Understand why citations and references are important
Organize research papers using a reference management tool
Take notes and group papers by topic
Use references while writing academic documents
Understand the difference between summary and synthesis
Apply correct citation and attribution practices
